Improve filtering samples in an analysis using a list or uploaded metadata

Currently if we add multiple preps to a new analysis and only want to focus on specific samples, you'd have to manually deselect the unwanted samples. This is fine when sample sizes are small but extremely time consuming with lager studies. Given the future of large metanalyses, it would be good to add the option to remove/filter samples by uploading a list or even better allow conditional formatting of the merged metadata. Ideally, something similar to the existing Q2 feature-table filter samples.

The discussion in #2410 is somewhat related but more specific to modifying metadata itself. This would be just enhancing the filtering options.
