Could you add a list of commands and names, you would like to see?

@adswafford; note that this should be a "simple" fix via the database, the "only" thing we need is a list of command and the parameters we should use to name the resulting artifact. An extra (from the solution of #3102) example: for sequence trimming we use the length selected by the user as part of the name: . So, could you provide this list? With it, I can translate it to actual parameters names and activate them in the database.
