A few notes:

• We can not add this data as raw data but we could add it as sequence annotations in the analysis section.
• We can submit as per sample FASTA
• Here are the steps to make this happen
• We should only link the FASTA files to a study and sample accession, not to any experiment or run; but we might need to create an specific experiment for the submission (so we can have multiple preparations/experiments)
