allow to control plugins via GUI

It will be great if the current plugin admin page, will allow you to:

  • sort by the columns
  • activate/deactivate plugins
  • deprecate / de-deprecate plugins

As part of this issue, it will be good to highlight active plugins with no commands active, like this one, perhaps making the background yellow or something like that. screen shot 2018-09-24 at 11 02 08 am
