Add user profiles, inter-user messaging, and a moderated message board for studies

It would be a nice to add some social networking to Qiita to encourage users to interact and collaborate on studies.

We could have a page for each user where they can provide information about themselves, their research, links to papers, etc. and a list of public studies they're a part of (harvested from the same query we do when populating the studies view).

We could also enable a basic inter-user messaging system and/or a moderated comment section on study pages so users would be encouraged to directly ask questions about studies and coordinate more.

Facebook or Google hangouts anyone? BTW why do you consider this medium? Wondering cause I see it as nice to have AKA low!

Haha, well, I labelled it as a medium as it's something to consider pre-publication/official launch. It's not a workshop priority, but I'm considering creative ways to make Qiita a place people want to interact with and visit frequently.

What do you think @wasade ?

I spoke with Pieter last week as well as several users over the course of the last few months and this would definitely a nice feature to have pre-publication to support robust usage.

@wasade suggested that an alternative would be to have an API hook so studies could be referred to or embedded in some way from other platforms as an alternative which also seems fine. Anything to support usage, collaboration, and meta-analysis is good.
