Reuse part of a raw data in a new study.

E.g. in 10146 I am processing both the prep info for samples where they have metadata and where they don't have metadata. So for one prep: Lane 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 for one: and Lane 3. 4, 7, 8 for the other. Or can I select the 'Lane 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8' and it will only use what the processing needs?

This is something we notice before: you can not reuse/share part of a previously used raw file (going to rename the title so is clearer). The current solution is to upload twice. I think we should discuss during the next Qiita meeting so we can discuss the best way moving forward.

Data duplication seems sup-optimal; flagging for group input.
