Zurich Readout frequency sweep

Due to hardware limitations Zurich can only sweep one qubit at a time for frequency sweeps. Could we look into either throwing an error or having a software for loop handle this sweep ?

@Jacfomg @hay-k is this still relevant? Given that it's a bug, maybe we could do for 0.1.8? Otherwise postpone to 0.2.

It is not a bug and more of a problem with some users that are uncaple of understanding how electronics work.
