The last joint can not be controlled

Hello, I have cloned this repository and run it on unity2018.2.2f1. Then I found that 0th~4th joints can be controlled by the slide bar but 5th seems not working. Do you have any idea how this happen?

The last control is for the end effector. You won't see any reaction without a gripper attached to the robot.
