Without the ability to map actor IDs to instance semantic IDs the value of this sensor is diminished and it is, imo, counter-intuitive that they are not the same.

I'm not familiar with that library, but if it does what is claims well, might also allow for Power ISA AltiVec/VMX support for pillow-simd for those of us on ppc64le...

That sample seems to work (save for the `pyw.txget` call) in RHEL8, python 3.6 (from the RH repo), and the 12/9/2019 commit on my Zbook 17 with its integrated Intel...

Last commit is now over a year ago, guess the open-source effort really is abandoned. It showed so much promise... :(

This issue seems to have been addressed in [this centos7 bug report](https://bugs.centos.org/view.php?id=16644), but there are still far fewer packages built for ppc64le than x86-64 in the SCL.
