Support for CSS Unit "em" in HTML formatted labels

Feature description

It would be great if we could use "em" units in HTML formatted labels:

'<span style="font-size:1.5em;color:blue">ABC</span><br/>DEF'

This is particularly necessary if we define the label text size in Map Units.
