Wrong field type allowed for quadrant in labeling

What is the bug or the crash?

In labeling options quadrant allows string type fields:

but in expression builder for qudrant expected is int:

so, as i believe, allowing string type field instead of int is wrong.

Steps to reproduce the issue

go to: layer properties> labeling > single labels > placement mode: offset from point

Versions

checked on 3.24.1 and 3.34.5
