Overlapping label with background
What is the bug or the crash?
background frame doesn't seem to be taken into account by the 'avoid overlapping' constraint for labels.

Looks like same root cause as https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/issues/44538
Exact same issue with QGis 3.32.1. I add that it must also consider offset if set in label background parameters.
