What is the bug or the crash?

Hi all I have a couple of problems with QGIS/postGIS/Lizmap I did a fresh install of Windows 11 and QGIS 3.28.7 On the server (known provider for GIS systems ) I have QGIS 3.30.3 postGIS 15.03 and lizmap 3.6.3 Screenshot 2023-06-03 232357

Steps to reproduce the issue

In QGIS I make a new fresh simple project only with Lizmap base_layer Make a lizmap setup Upload to server map working ok In QGIS/Browser add a postGIS server via pg_service.conf ( user lizmap ) ok no problem I create a private_test schema ok no problem I create a simple table in DB Manager of 2 column id serial and description varchar 255, geometry point, SR 3857, Spatial Indexes, Ok no problem. I go to the browser window, add layer to the project, fill in the credentials window, click ok and an "Error No Database Connection Established" window appears, click ok, another window "Error No Database Connection Established" click ok and the layer appears in the QGIS layers window OK save project restart QGIS I open the project, credentials window ok, the "Error No Database Connection Established" window appears twice, click ok ok and the layer is in the layers window. I put the created layer in editing mode add a point save the layer ok I click on the OSM Standard map layer that I added with quickMapServices, I click again on the postGIS layer and "Error No Database Connection Established" appears I click ok edited the layer again I add another point I save everything and all is well. I go to the project properties launch test ok I publish the layer in the WFS tab ok I Save the project I do the Lizmap configuration, upload the project, go to the project page and the map with the point layer can be seen very well Now I wrote all this because I already had a project with about ten postGIS layers and every time I opened the project a trail of "Error No Database Connection Established " windows appeared, and every time I switched from one layer to another in the layers window 'other, the "Error No Database Connection Established" window would open 2 times, but then in the end everything worked Anyone have any ideas?

I installed the latest non-LTR version of QGIS ( QGIS version 3.30.3-'s-Hertogenbosch ) and now everything works
