Create Print Layout dialog box blank

What is the bug or the crash?

I recently updated from 3.22.11 to 3.30.3 When using layout manager to create a new print layout the 'create print layout' dialog box is blank: I have uninstalled and reinstalled 3.30.3 and still have the same problem. I have installed 3.28 and have the same issue.

Steps to reproduce the issue

Go to Layout Manager Click on 'Create' Create Print Layer dialog box opens but is blank

I just tried to create a new profile and the New Profile Name dialog box is also blank!

It seems to me the issue doesn't occur on my Windows system using either QGIS 3.28.7 or QGIS 3.30.3 (OSGeo4W). Could you please try if the issue does occur also creating and using a new QGIS user profile without any external plugin installed?

I just tried to create a new profile and the New Profile Name dialog box is also blank!

@nbonharper Go to your user profile folder (path is mentioned at https://docs.qgis.org/3.28/en/docs/user_manual/introduction/qgis_configuration.html#working-with-user-profiles), rename the default folder and restart QGIS. QGIS should recreate a new user profile for you
