QGIS Speech bubble callout style with margin overlaps

What is the bug or the crash?

Without margin, bubbles never overlap but overlap with margins. Seems margins are not taken into account when computing bubble positions.

It should only when they are unanswered in feedback mode for too long. Might be related on a recent update from stale bot 3 to 4.

days-before-stale targets both issues and PR Should we set days-before-stale to -1 and days-before-pr-stale to the proper value as days-before-pr-stale override days-before-stale. It could be a way to tell stale_issue to target issues only and stale_pr to target pr only

I checked CI and it's stale_pr which adds stale label on this issue. In fact, nothing prevents this behavior in workflow
