make a debian package

theire is already a prototype in the packaging scripts, but I need to get it reviewed/validated by the 'mentors' and stuff. I tried a while ago, but it proved harder than I thought.

@qgeissmann worked on it a while ago, and I had a brief look into it in December, but I don't think any work's been done since that I know of. @qgeissmann knows more though. Do you need a debian package soon?

Just stumbling about this report - the Debian package exists since a long time. The build for version 4.0.0 is currently running. Probably you can close this bug report.
