The README and website don't provide any explaination for why this library exists. Some questions could be answered in an introductory paragraph, which I suggest placing at the top of the README.

Questions include:

  • What is the motivation behind this library?
  • How is it different from coil?
  • Is it meant to be used alongside coil, or is instead of it?
