Update documentation with usage of docker images

Current tutorials on kagome.readthedocs.io does not cover usages of kagome docker images. We should fix that

Please also feel free to take a look at w3f/polkadot-deployer and w3f/polkadot-lab for what a more in-depth integration of your docker images could look with the existing deployment and testing toolchains.

Is the Dockerfile mentioned in the readme production ready and maintained ? which of these two folders should we follow as a reference for a production ready deployment ?
