Support for haystack v2

Are there plans to add a document store implementation for v2?

See here for Chroma and ElasticSearch integrations. Pinecone seems to be added right now:

@jdb78 It's already in progress. We are hopefully going to publish the implementation next week.

do you want to make a pre-release so it does not have to be installed from the v2 branch?
