Add and install Texliveonfly tool for automatic LaTex package installation. Fix #58

Nice 👍 Would there be a way to have it integrated with the vscode extension? (maybe not, but maybe worth creating an issue over there?)

I'm working on this. Maybe we can create a LaTex-Workshop task 🤔 but I'm not so sure.
