Feature request: Rotate IP addresses

  1. What's the feature?

Keep a state of all IP addresses available from the servers filtered and rotate them on each openvpn restart.

  1. Why do you need this feature?

To rotate IP address to be less tracked I guess?

On server rotation, ping the server and store its response time in the logs so that a user can periodically review and decide to edit the server list to remove poor;y performing servers.
