What's the problem 🤔

When setting PUBLICIP_PERIOD to 0 to disable it gluetun then errors out saying that it is below the minimum check period

I encountered this as well. This behavior does not match what's specified in the wiki

Period to check for public IP address. Set to 0 to disable.
