Feature request: Record events log

  1. What's the feature?

Record all events in the database, such as ip address changes, failed updates, etc.

  1. Why do you need this feature?

That would be interesting for the future web frontend

maybe expose these logs as Prometheus metrics? that way ppl can create their own Grafana dashboard?

It would be really great for my home setup to have a working monitoring with Prometheus for the dyndns
