Docs suggest that apk can be used but apk is not installed

In a few places in the docs I see a suggestion to use apk to install additional packages, eg RUN apk add bind-tools but apk command is not found inside the container

Hi there, sorry for the massive delay. apk is present in qmcgaw/basedevcontainer and qmcgaw/basedevcontainer:alpine, but not in the Debian one, in which case you would need to use apt
