Display credits for tossups and bonuses

Showing the author of the tossup, if available, would be beneficial for three reasons:

• players may grow to like an author, and may want to see more of their content
• a writer might want to see how another, more distinguished writer words certain
• crediting the creators is generally a cool thing to do
