Run external program once torrent completes for RSS Downloader Rules

Have an option to run External programs once an auto download is complete. I have automated downloading set up and I would like to only run external programs for these rules instead of for all my downloads. Still have the option to apply to all downloads but maybe have the external program command for a given RSS Rule take priority over the general option in settings.

Bumping this.

While the 'Run external program on torrent completion' option exists, it only seems to trigger for manually added torrents.

As an example, in 4.1.3 adding a torrent and letting it complete results in my external program using winrar to unpack. Files added via RSS do not trigger winrar to run, let alone unpack.

Woah.. Mind blown to see this not being implemented, even after it being pointed out 6 years ago.. I was troubleshooting this as a bug, concidering it literally says when a download is complete.
