What is the problem?
Tab Navigation on the Torrent options... window is all over the place, Possibly because the focus order wasn't revised when the UI changed. In particular, Where you configure the torrent speed limits by either the bar or the textbox.
Steps to reproduce
Right click a working torrent, click torrent options. Navigate UI using tab. Notice the order the speed limits UI is reached.

Tab Navigation also does not work when deleting torrents. I've asked for this many times over the years, but I guess nobody listens?
@qbittorrent/bug-handlers Could any of you provide fixes for issues like this one? They are supposed to be quite trivial. (In some cases, you won't even need a configured qBittorrent development environment.) But it takes some time, so if I were to do all of them myself, I would have to take that time away from those tasks that are beyond your control.
To solve some trivial problems, sometimes I just need "working hands". I have such periods of time when I don't have the opportunity to code something myself, but I could give hints to someone else.

Qbt compiled from latest source on current Debian Linux using options to produce qbittorrent-nox.
WebUI is handled independently so you're off topic.
