Bug: [not response] with Cyrillic torrent name

What is the problem?

Hello i have issues with cyrillic letters in torrent file, not file name, but cyrillic in file itself: folder\file name etc, when i try run file, qbitt just not response and freeze. The language in qbitt is Ukraine i try change to russian but any way have this bug. Can you test and fix it? I add test cyrillic torrent to test this issues. Тестовий файл-Test File Cyrillic.zip

Steps to reproduce

1. run cyrillic torrent
2. program freeze with no response
