QBittorrent 5.0 beta1 shows up empty window when connecting via Remote Desktop

When you connect via Remote Desktop to a machine that is running QBittorrent this window shows up, even if it is hidden in the Systray:

and closing this window exits the program, even with the "close to System tray" enabled.

This issue happens in other occassions, but is easily reproductible using Remote Desktop

This issue happens in all 5.0 versions, up to the last available Nightly.

What is the problem?
