Hello again. I didn't reply earlier because I had no time to test. I can't answer your question because I don't know how to upgrade to the latest version. I don't understand why there isn't an update for qbt in debian stable. All I can see is that there were many versions that were rejected as unstable. (https://tracker.debian.org/pkg/qbittorrent) Can you provide any information why there isn't and update for debian and how to do it manually?
Some other information that may be useful to solve my issue is that save data location is on an external hdd. I had tested the flatpak version and I got "Freespace: Unknown" on webui. Then read on internet that external storage may cause this.

I, also, used the flatpak and the appimage versions(4.6.2 & 4.6.3) of qbt but nothing changed. If I add a torrent and restart machine the torrent resumes downloading after machine reboot but speed, seeds and peer information gets stuck for that torrent and on status bar at the bottom. However percentage bar is active. Then, if I add a new torrent, it stays on stalled status and trackers on trackers tab say "not contacted yet". One more thing is when I close the client and try to start it again, it doesn't start. I have to kill it in system monitor/processes. Before I killed it I checked properties and it said "status: sleeping".

I have solved my issue by installing qbittorrent-nox-static.
