I get this same issue with 4.4.5 but server doesn't actually crash... continues working.

I upgraded from 4.4.5 to 4.6.3 and no longer got the error but for some reason it tried to bind to my IP so the webgui wouldn't work until I changed the setting to WebUI\Address=*
