Clicking re-check did nothing

Weird issue here starting with 4.5.0. Clicking re-check did nothing, issued a resume and the recheck started. Not certain if this is desired behavior in 4.5.0 because it's unexpected if you simply want to recheck the files without resuming.

@misantroop can you give more info on the conditions? I can't reproduce with Paused nor Completed torrents.

Maybe it is about the fact that torrent is now explicitly shown as non-paused during checking?

Apologies, I cannot reproduce this. Seems it occurred only on the first launch after upgrade from 4.4.3.1
