app is taking too long to shutdown and exit from taskbar

4.5.0 Windows 11 22h2 os build 22621.900 64bit Lenovo Legion 16gb ram, i5 10th Gen with GXT 1650Ti and SSD as a primary boot drive.
What is the problem?
Whenever I try to close the app by going to the file and clicking the EXIT button of, RIGHT CLICK on my TASKBAR and EXIT, the app takes nearly a minute to shut down and exit the taskbar. I have reinstalled the app using REVO uninstaller (clean uninstall) but the problem still persists. Please kindly fix this bug.

Steps to reproduce
I open the app and download a torrent Then I close the app either through FILE and EXIT or through RIGHT CLICK taskbar and EXIT. The app take nearly a minute to close/shutdown and exit the taskbar.

Try using SQLite Database for your resume data instead of fastresume.

This works well. Is there any downside to using this option?
