Pause for X minutes (or start in X minutes) feature would be really useful

Suggestion

Would allow you to start downloading a torrent once a certain amount of time has passed

ie: Start download in 15 minutes

Use case

If you have a big list of things to download, but you want to watch something specific soon, you often pause everything except the one you want to go at full speed.

Then you forget to start the rest back up again.

Being able to pause downloads and set them to start back up in a few minutes automatically would resolve that.

PS: I see this working as a per-torrent feature, not a global type setting. So you could highlight 5 torrents, and then set those 5 to start downloading in 5 minutes for example.
