file and magnet association not working

What does this mean, exactly? Are you running a version from portableapps, portapps.io or similar? Or are you running an official build, but mean to say that you can only reproduce the issue when running in portable mode?

It is the official build. There is the profile folder with qbittorrent.exe so it is running in portable mode.
