Dispatch.meta add [SUGGESTION]

i would like to have a Dispatch.meta in qb-smallresources since we already and control if the wanted level is on or off and what cars spawn on the roads with the popgroups.ymt so a bit more control over the emergency vehicles and dispatch systems would be very nice to have 😊

i dont really have any alternatives but more configuration for the wanted level and npc ermergency responces would be a very nice feature
