realty job has the same level of permission for everyone hired on.

Recently I have been talking with a server owner who told me to contact you about having different job positions in realty have different abilities within qb-housing. At the current moment each level of employment allows all realtors to make new housing, add garages, enter any house and they have no way of deleting keys. pretty sure something is just wrong with the way he has it configured. Server also only has access to 6 shells not sure why that is? wasnt sure where else to reach out. thanks
