[BUG] Payslip Appearing as Payed but not giving money

Payslip Appearing as Payed but not giving money

Reproduction

I'm having issues with the payslips saying it's giving money and shows how much you have in the bank ('making a total of') but there isn't any money being given to the bank account or in cash. It isn't a bank issue because Crypto still manages to give you money to the bank and I was also on duty. This may be due to the fact that I have 2 PC's at different houses and my characters didn't transfer over (might be a crossover where its broke) but other players also get no money.

I'll comment if I find a solution or if it randomly fixes itself.
