CheckDuplicateLicense can be bypassed...

Reproduction

If u connect fast 2 FiveM clients at the same time to the server it will connect both one by one and there will be no kick.

Expected behavior

It should kick second client like the option says "-- Check for duplicate rockstar license on join"

Actual behavior

If u connect fast 2 FiveM clients at the same time to the server it will connect both one by one and there will be no kick.
