[SUGGESTION] New Character Cooldown

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Cooldown on character creation to stop people doing starter money transfers over and over again (slow but does happen!)

Describe the feature you'd like Create a config in qb-core (or qb-multicharacter) that allows you to put a value (in minutes) that adds a cooldown timer on new character creations.

just make it where people can't delete there characters

That is an option, but a suggestion/enhancement is what we do when people have different requirements that will better the script/framework.

I don't want staff having to man tickets for players wanting to delete characters, then needing DB access to nuke stuff.

You can limit amount of characters they can create on config of qb-multicharacter, isn't needed in my opinion or can be added by your side

All missing the point, just because YOU don't want it, does not deem the idea wrong or bad, you are drumming up alternatives which is fine, but thats not what the suggestion function is for. If I wanted alternatives I would go and do them.

Obviously having no delete raises even more problems because players want to make new characters and we have to mess around with support tickets getting those cleaned up.

I already know there is a limit, problem is this does not stop re-creation, unless the above is applied.

Sometimes I wonder if people commeting are running large servers or not....
