[SUGGESTION] Drawtext and Draw3dtext font

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The draw3dtext and drawtext does not support non-english characters. It uses SetTextFont() which does not support non-english characters.

Describe the feature you'd like To be able to create custom fonts and use them with SetTextFont().

Describe alternatives you've considered Something like RegisterFontFile() from Fivem docs, so people could import and use different fonts.

for Qbcore İ have same problem ( not support non-english characters) how can solve this?
