SwB three position mode power on position warning

I noticed that system allow to boot if SwB in upper or middle position without warning. Probably it should show waring in this switch in the middle or bottom position at power on.

I don't have this issue: I get a warning when my SwB is in middle position on power-on. Unlike described in the wiki, I'm using a 10k resistor (instead of 4.7k) to 3.3V (R18 in this pic from this wiki page) Let me know if this also works for you. Btw I haven't had any issues using 10k.
