It is possible to update with new orginal firmware from FlySky 20-Sep-2019 ?
i have updated to 23-oct-2019 from clerik https://github.com/Cleric-K/FlySky-i6X_Firmware_BugFix but that only supports 10 channels what i like is the much smother curve on all channels so what i woul like to have is be to merge both fw versions (from qba667 and from clerik-K) in ONE version that has all bings and boings but i am not a programmer and have no idea how to merge both in one :-( greetz sigi dg9bfc
You should look at this instead https://github.com/OpenI6X/opentx It is continued work from where qba667 left off. It's a fork of OpenTX and has all the bells and whistles.
i could flash that open tx fw on my i6x BUT how can i assign swirches and channels (also the vr1 and vr22) ... how to setup mixers?? in the oct fw (that was close to the original but with that smooter curves) the "user interface" was much easier in my view where in the open tx fw are those settings made?!? setup of switches, flight modes (stabilized 1;2 and 3), dual rate (sport and normal), idle up etc etc how to programm a mixer from one channel to another?!? that new fw seems to have a lot of bings and boings but the user interface is too complicated in my view ... (at least if you are new on that fw) is there something like a user manual for that heavy modded (or better say completely written new) fw?? the wiki says how to flash and not that much more :-( but thanks anyway for the hint ... al least i learned a lot whil doing the modding/hacking hopefully i can get a bit of help in the telegram group greetz sigi dg9bfc
Look at https://www.open-tx.org Also search rc video reviews channel from youtube, lot of tutorials there.
