How can i get the DataValidation and ConditionalFormat form an file

I need merge two excel file into one. I'm not find the function to get DataValidation and ConditionalFormat form the excel file.

The excelize doesn't support to get data validation and conditional format currently, I have added this feature request to the Roadmap.
