[Feature Request] File Regex exclude pattern

I set this to make files for .doc and .docx files added to the vault. This works. But when I open the file with Word, Word generates temporarly files (beginning with ~$) that also trigger this plugin. It would be nice to be able to exclude some files (like these temporary files) even though they have a "watched" file extension.
