Searching "attachment" doesn't find this plugin in the store

This is a useful plugin, and I have several times seen people requesting the feature it provides, having not found it in the plugin store (most recent example: https://forum.obsidian.md/t/new-note-from-attachment/75433).

I suggest changing "binary files" to "attachments" in the plugin name and description because that's what they're called in Obsidian's documentation. I understand the term but I don't think many people will type "binary" into the search field unless they already know the plugin's name.

I also suggest changing "file manager" in the name, because it sounds like a replacement for the file browser. The full name "Binary File Manger" suggests to me something that lists attachments and provides tools to organize them.

A possible replacement name is "Attachment Notes". This is similar to "folder notes", which are a similar concept and have several plugins for them in the store.
