Please add progress indication for deletion

it appear to be hang although i checked the disk it is deleting, it will be great if you can add a progress bar to show something like "Total 123/4567 files is deleted!", that will help the use to know that the program is still running not hang.

addition, i believe czkawka used multithread when collecting file for scan, so czkawka is very fast in scanning process.

but is deletion also using multithreaded? i notice deletion is slower.
