[Feature] Allow symlink/hardlink when using a reference directory

Feature Description If a reference directory is enabled, you cannot select any items from it. This means you can't symlink or hardlink to the reference directory.

This should be changed so that when a reference directory is used, all symlinks or hardlinks are made to the first matching file in the reference directory. Right now trying to symlink errors and says two files must be selected.
