Suggestion: Mouse Button Hotkeys

Ive seen the "button hotkey" suggestion but i would like to add on that instead of pressing a button. you can hold down lmb or rmb and it would click, this is very easy to do with windows but im not sure about Linux as i couldn't find anything like it.
