Describe the new functionality

Add a tile to navigate away from the dashboard or to open a URL (wanting to use both HA and Appdeamon Dashboard together)

What will it look like in the Admin area?

Same as adding a tile or option in the navigation tile Target Page of Target URL

What will it look like on the dashboard?

Like a normal navigation tile
